1. I want at least one out of two fields to be filled in, when the message is sent out. How to do it?
Answer: It is not possible to do it within our system. It is better to use “Required field” option instead.
2. It is not allowed to use too many characters in the field “Text, confirming successful dispatch of the letter”. Is it possible to increase their number?
Answer: It is not. The allowed amount of characters is supposed to be enough.
3. I would like the client to receive an auto reply about receipt of his request. Is it possible to do it?
Answer: It is possible to set the autoresponder in the e-mail account of the receiver.
4. Is it possible that the value of the field in the E-mail form will change after selecting a certain value of another field?
Answer: It can not be done with any system solution, but you may use Javascript instead.
5. How can I change the text of the notification message that is received after the e-mail is sent?
Answer: It is not possible.
6. Is it possible to increase the number of E-mail form recipients and their e-mail addresses from 3 to let’s say 10?
